The LRN Level 7 Diploma in Project Management is designed to fulfill the demands of senior project managers and provide a comprehensive understanding of the key themes required to manage business projects in a dynamic and complex environment.

This qualification will foster a deeper understanding of both the theoretical and practical aspects of project, programme, and portfolio management, as well as the essential skills and competencies required for planning, monitoring, controlling, and delivering successful projects, programmes, and portfolios.

Course Structure

The Level 7 Diploma focuses on developing understanding, skills and abilities to equip the learner with
the awareness and aptitudes to be an effective project manager.
Learners must complete the six mandatory units with a combination of 120 credits, 1200 hours Total Qualification Time (TQT) and 600 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) for the completed qualification.
