The LRN Level 7 Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying is intended to meet the growing demand for high-quality professional and technical education pathways at Levels 4 and 5, providing students with a clear path to employment or progression to further Quantity Surveying-related higher education.

Course Structure

The Level 7 Diploma focuses on developing understanding, skills and abilities to equip the learner with
the awareness and aptitudes to be an effective quantity surveyor.
Learners must complete the six mandatory units with a combination of 120 credits, 1200 hours Total Qualification Time (TQT) and 600 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) for the completed qualification.
