OFQUAL REGULATED QUALIFICATION

The Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual) regulates qualifications, examinations, and assessments in England and is the regulator of vocational qualifications in Northern Ireland. They are a non-ministerial government department with jurisdiction in England and are responsible for making sure that:

UGC RECOGNISED

The University Grants Commission (UGC) which functions as the apex body of the University System in Sri Lanka was established under the Universities Act No. 16 of 1978. The functions of the UGC are; planning and coordination of university education, allocation of funds to Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs), maintenance of academic standards, regulation of the administration of HEIs, and regulation of admission of students to HEIs.

The University Grants Commission recognizes foreign Universities/ Higher Educational Institutes based on international acceptance. Universities/Higher Educational Institutes that are listed in the Commonwealth Universities Yearbook and International Handbook of Universities which are authentic sources of information on Universities and Higher Educational Institutes in different countries are recognized at present.

WES RECOGNISED PROGRAMS

WES evaluations are widely accepted and often specifically requested by academic institutions, licensing boards, employers, and government agencies throughout the U.S. and Canada.

OTHM is a UK-based Awarding Organisation regulated by Ofqual (Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulation).
